When will I get my parts?

Most orders ship from Los Angeles by the next work day. Our main carrier is UPS. Add on the standard UPS delivery times from Los Angeles. On occasion, we may ship from an alternate warehouse. We will attempt to notify the customer if there is an unexpected availability or backorder problem.

How long is the warranty?

Unless otherwise noted, all items on this site carry a 1 year, parts only warranty. Please note that any incidentals, including labor or towing are not covered under warranty. The warranty applies to the parts only.

Why Los Angeles?

Los Angeles is one of the most import auto part centers in the country. Most imports come through Los Angeles and most parts manufacturers maintain a factory warehouse here. We're in the best spot to get our hands on most anything within 30 minutes driving distance, without traffic of course.

Do you ship international?

Not at this time.

What if I order the wrong part?

Parts carry a 45 day return policy. All returns must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. Parts must be in saleable condition. Freight is not refundable. Please review our return policy for additional details.

What is a core charge? What is a good core?

This applies to rebuilt parts where the old item will be turned in to the manufacturer to be rebuilt. When the old part is not submitted or when the old part is damaged beyond repair, a core charge will apply or not be refunded. The most common example of a bad core is a cracked or damaged housing on an item such as an alternator or starter.

What if the part I bought breaks?

Any parts considered defective by the customer are subject to evaluation upon return to determine cause of failure. Credit may be declined if it is determined that a part was abused, misused or improperly installed.

What are the payment options?

Current payment options include VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Where do I ship returns?

All returns must have an RMA and ship back to Perfect Import at 2721 S. San Pedro Street, Los Angeles, CA 90011.
